This training will teach you various SOA and XML based integration techniques in Oracle 11i and R12. The latest SOA Gateway in R12.1 will be demonstrated, and most days have 3 hours dedicated for assisted hands on exercises. Your will also learn troubleshooting and exception management techniques from experts in this field. Key topics covered are WF-SOA Integration, Integrated Repository, SOA Gateway, XML Gateway etc.

This training helps trainees to know about the SOA technologies and their evolution within Oracle E-business Suite. They get to learn the latest out-of-the-box SOA offering from Oracle in its latest Apps release i.e. 12.1.1.

Demo2: EBS Adapters Develop Demo which gives a demo on the Design Time considerations for EBS Adapters from Jdeveloper.
4. Exception Handling (How are exceptions raised and managed when invoking EBS Services)
  * Demonstration of Exception Management [ Note-May happen on Day2]

Day2
Hands on exercises- 3 Hours will be allocated for Hands On Exercises on this Day
1. Demo 3:  EBS Adapters-PLSQL API Demo which gives a demo on the integration steps between EBS Adapter and PLSQL APIs(public) exposed via iRep.
   * Explanation of Apps Context and how it is set at run time.

2. Demo 4:EBS Adapters-Business Events Demo  which gives a demo on the integration steps between EBS Adapter and Business Events exposed via iRep
   * Explanation of the WF_BPEL_Q ,WF_BPEL_QAgent Listener and other queues and tables involved.

Day3
Hands on exercises- 3 Hours will be allocated for Hands On Exercises on this Day
1. Integrated SOA Gateway Architecture
2. Integrated SOA Gateway Setup ,Admin & Diagnostics
3. Demo 5: Initial Setup & Admin tasks demo
   * Gives a demo on the detailed steps involved in setting up ISG post 12.1.1 installation.
   * This demo also shows how the seeded roles work in securing ISG.(UMX features)
4. SOA Provider and SOA Monitor (Inbound Integration)
5. Demo 6: SOA Provider Demo which shows how you call native WSDLs from WS-Client like SOAPUI and how this can be monitored via SOA Monitor.
  * Also covers SOA Logging feature

Day4
Hands on exercises- 3 Hours will be allocated for Hands On Exercises on this Day
1. Service Invocation Framework(SIF). (Outbound Integration)
     * Meta-data definition and Consume WSDL wizard
     * Integration with Oracle Workflow Engine (Callback events)
     * WS-Security Support by SIF (Authentication & Authorization)
2. Demo7: Integrated SOA Gateway -SIF Demo
3. Troubleshooting tips for SIF.

    Day1 and Day2 were pre-12.1.1 integration scenarios
    Day3 and Day4 are completely for 12.1.1 ISG(Integrated SOA Gateway).
