If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the same must be communicated on email with valid reasons.

FT will refund the money if the reason for the same is satisfactory.

Refund  Policy:
Virtual Machine can be refund only on below conditions.

1. If the product received is in damaged form

2. If the applications are corrupted, we will send you the replacement but you need to bear the shipping cost.
